Babysweep
Smart Contract Audit Report
Audit Summary
Babysweep is a new BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain that pays static rewards to holders.
For this audit, we reviewed the project team's Babysweep contract at 0x2c06d9093c069c31560622feeb236e75fc10f330 on the Binance Smart Chain Mainnet.
Audit Findings
An Informational finding was identified and the team may want to review it.
Date: March 22nd, 2023.
Updated: March 23rd, 2023 after the project team excluded the Pair address from rewards.Finding #1 - Babysweep - High (Resolved)
Description: TheuniswapV2Pair
address is not excluded from the contract's rewards mechanism.
Risk/Impact: TheuniswapV2Pair
address will earn static rewards via the contract's rewards mechanism causing extra tokens to be unaccounted for in the liquidity pool making it susceptible to a theft-of-liquidity attack.
Recommendation: The team should exclude theuniswapV2Pair
address (and all subsequently created pair addresses) from rewards using the excludeFromReward() function.
Resolution: The team has excluded theuniswapV2Pair
address from rewards.
Finding #2 - Babysweep - Informational
Description: TheDEAD
state variable is not used in the contract.
Recommendation: The team should either remove this state variable to reduce contract size and deployment costs or utilize it in a way that fits the project team's intended functionality.
Contract Overview
Ownership Controls:
- The total supply of the token is set to 100 quintillion $BABYSWEEP [100,000,000,000,000,000,000].
- No mint or burn functions are accessible, though the circulating supply can be decreased by sending tokens to the 0x..dead address.
- At the time of writing this report, 100% of the total supply belongs to the owner.
- There is a Tax fee, Operations fee, Marketing fee, Growth fee, and Charity fee on all transfers where neither the sender nor the recipient is excluded from fees.
- The owner can enable/disable fees on peer-to-peer transfers at any time.
- The tokens collected through the Tax fee are removed from the circulating supply; This serves as a frictionless fee redistribution that automatically benefits all token holders at the time of each transaction.
- The Pair address has been properly excluded from rewards to prevent theft-of-liquidity attacks.
- The tokens collected through the remaining fees are stored in the contract address. The tokens are swapped for BNB and sent to their respective team wallets when the following conditions are met:
- The automatic token swapping functionality is enabled by the team.
- The threshold number of tokens (determined by the owner) in the contract address has been reached.
- The contract is not currently swapping tokens.
- The caller is initiating a sell transaction via Pancakeswap.
- As the contract is deployed with Solidity v0.8.16, it is protected from overflows/underflows.
- The contract complies with the BEP-20 token standard.
- The owner can set the Tax fee, Operations fee, Marketing fee, Growth fee, and Charity fee to any percentages as long as the total combined fee percentage does not exceed 25% at any time.
- The owner can exclude accounts from fees at any time.
- The owner can exclude and include accounts from reward distribution at any time.
- The owner can enable/disable the automatic token swapping functionality at any time.
- The owner can update the threshold number of tokens needed to trigger the automatic token swapping functionality greater than or equal to 1 quadrillion tokens at any time.
- The owner can withdraw any BNB from the contract at any time.
- The owner can withdraw any tokens besides $BABYSWEEP from the contract at any time.
- The owner can set the team's Operations wallet, Marketing wallet, Growth wallet, and Charity wallet to any addresses at any time.

What is a SourceHat Audit?
Typically, a smart contract audit is a comprehensive review process designed to discover logical errors, security vulnerabilities, and optimization opportunities within code. A SourceHat Audit takes this a step further by verifying economic logic to ensure the stability of smart contracts and highlighting privileged functionality to create a report that is easy to understand for developers and community members alike.
How Do I Interpret the Findings?
Each of our Findings will be labeled with a Severity level. We always recommend the team resolve High, Medium, and Low severity findings prior to deploying the code to the mainnet. Here is a breakdown on what each Severity level means for the project:
- High severity indicates that the issue puts a large number of users' funds at risk and has a high probability of exploitation, or the smart contract contains serious logical issues which can prevent the code from operating as intended.
- Medium severity issues are those which place at least some users' funds at risk and has a medium to high probability of exploitation.
- Low severity issues have a relatively minor risk association; these issues have a low probability of occurring or may have a minimal impact.
- Informational issues pose no immediate risk, but inform the project team of opportunities for gas optimizations and following smart contract security best practices.
